Restoration Supervisor

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to oversee emergency restoration and remediation projects for residential and commercial properties. This role is responsible for leading restoration efforts related to water, fire, and environmental damage, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in the field, including after-hours emergency response situations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead restoration and remediation activities on residential and commercial job sites

• Set up containment areas, drying equipment, and emergency response equipment

• Monitor and document moisture, temperature, and humidity readings

• Perform cleaning, disinfection, HEPA vacuuming, and contents restoration

• Complete moisture maps, field logs, and photo documentation

• Inspect and maintain restoration equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Work with team members to restore properties to pre-loss condition

• Participate in after-hours and weekend emergency response when needed

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• 2+ years of restoration, remediation, or construction experience

• Experience with water and/or fire damage restoration projects

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in physically demanding environments

• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Ability to complete documentation, reports, and job site records

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• IICRC Water Restoration Certification • Experience with hazardous materials or environmental remediation

• Heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience

• OSHA/HAZWOPER certification

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
