About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operations and Strategy Officer to serve as a senior executive leader with a focus on organizational operations, program execution, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team to translate organizational strategy into effective operations, scalable systems, and measurable results. Key responsibilities include providing executive oversight of programs and operational functions, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with the company's mission and strategic priorities, and leading the implementation of strategic initiatives. The role also involves promoting a data-driven culture, maintaining compliance, and fostering community and strategic partnerships. Applicants for the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in executive leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning, as well as the ability to lead complex operations and multiple priorities.
