Job title: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Clinician III - 49235 Starting Pay rate : $31.73 per hour Possible Start date : 2-4 weeks Hours/Shift : 24 hours/week; Flexible Schedule, Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Length of assignment : ongoing contract The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Clinician Ill performs complex assessments, treatment planning, clinical intervention, case management, consultation and counseling duties in a behavioral health (BH) setting. Perform PSH Severe Mental Illness (SMI) Eligibility Assessments, Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNAs), Risk Assessments, Daily Living Activities -20 (DLA-20) Functional Assessment, Diagnostic Reviews, and Columbia Suicide Assessments. Ensure clinical documentation, authorization and reauthorizations; quarterly and annual reviews are completed within Medicaid required timeframes and follow Medicaid guidelines to include documenting in accordance with Medicaid regulations. Requirements : Must have professional licensure and registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or License Mental Health Professional (LMHP). #INDRI #J-18808-Ljbffr
