- Conduct a variety of diagnostic tests - hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood banking - with a focus on precision and timely results.
- Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and quality standards to ensure everything is running efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret test results and guide patient care.
- Provide support and technical guidance to lab team members, helping troubleshoot and solve challenges when they arise.
- Active ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist.
