With our focus on flatbed trucking and our experienced drivers, owner-operators, and amazing staff...SEL Transportation has become an industry leader that strives for excellence.Job DescriptionAs a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for:Responding to inquiries from prospective drivers and conduct phone pre-screening for potential candidatesConduct background checks on qualified candidatesHave knowledge of MVR and DAC reports1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety is a plus.QualificationsA successful recruiter must consistently demonstrate the company's mission and values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful recruiter must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety requiredMicrosoft Office knowledgePrevious work experience in customer service or sales is preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skillAdditional InformationThis job is a salary position with no guarantees for career progression.
