You’ll build meaningful relationships with your clients while being supported by a dedicated team that cares about you and your success. Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More! Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour based on experience Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials! Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

No Experience? No Problem! You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care. Become a Mentor Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. What You'll Do As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Errands and appointment assistance
• Medication reminders
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life
