Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (Midwest)

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic discussions with assigned hematology thought leaders to gather insights and share clinical information
• Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and business meetings
• Develop and maintain list of key thought leaders within assigned Midwest geography
• Support speaker bureau program placement including speaker identification, training logistics, and feedback
• Share insights from thought leader interactions with Marketing and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or advanced certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience in thought leader liaison, field sales, brand marketing, or clinical roles
• Hematology/oncology market expertise strongly preferred
• Demonstrated pharmaceutical marketing strategy expertise
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Deep knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines
• Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred

Compensation: $157,200–$256,600 annually
