The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Office Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton's River Oaks Hyundai, the Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting with general office duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clerical and office duties
• Use of Excel
• Filing and scanning
• Auditing deals
• Accounting duties
• Backup cashier as needed
• Perform any other special duties as requested by Office Manager

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• CDK experience a plus
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
