General Office Clerk (Part Time)

Responsibilities Greets and interacts with students, parents and staff visiting the school office Answers calls and effectively resolves issues/questions or directs them to appropriate school personnel Types lists, reports, letters, programs, school newspaper, tests, etc. Assists with registration, testing and school activities Operates office machines Sorts and distributes mail as required Completes basic medical procedures including diabetes care, epipen injections, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor Qualifications Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Applications Outstanding communications and customer service skills required Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, co-workers and the public Good typing, spelling and language skills Excellent organizational, computation and spelling skills Working knowledge of basic office procedure and the operation of common office machines Working Conditions A-1, $15.60 - $20.48 per hour, 10-month position; start date: August 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
