Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) Location: Atlanta , GA Job Type: w2 Contract Position Role Summary Key Responsibilities Data & AI Product Strategy Define the long-term strategy for an AI-driven insights platform leveraging media data, transaction data, behavioral signals, and customer lifecycle metrics. Build a multi-year roadmap for data science and machine learning capabilities (prediction, segmentation, attribution, spend optimization, LTV modeling). Identify opportunities where AI/ML can enhance targeting, personalization, and predictive accuracy to boost cardholder acquisition and spend. Data Science & Modeling Leadership Partner closely with data science teams to design, prioritize, and validate models including: o Media effectiveness models o Propensity & acquisition models o Customer journey prediction o Incrementality & attribution models o Spend forecasting and segmentation Translate abstract statistical concepts into clear, impactful product capabilities. Data Platform & Architecture Lead product development for a robust data platform integrating multi-source media data, transaction-level signals, customer behavior, and third-party data enrichments. Define requirements for data pipelines, model ops workflows, feature stores, and governance. Visualization & Insight Experience Drive the design of intuitive, interactive visualizations that simplify massively complex data into clear recommendations. Collaborate with design and engineering to craft dashboards, attribution visualizations, and decision-support tooling. Ensure insights are actionable, narrative-driven, and designed for both analysts and executives. Insight-Driven Growth Capabilities Build products that surface: o Optimal media investment allocations o Audiences most likely to convert or increase spend o Campaign opportunities tied to transaction patterns o Spending gaps, growth levers, and cross-sell/upsell signals Partner with business teams to align modeling capabilities with acquisition and spend growth strategies. Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership Own PRDs, technical specifications, and backlog prioritization. Lead cross-functional squads including engineering, ML/AI, data platform, design, analytics, marketing, and partnerships. Drive high-judgment decisions in ambiguous problem spaces. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement Engage with enterprise marketing teams, analysts, and partners to understand needs and validate product direction. Serve as the expert on how media and transaction insights drive ROI, spend, and new cardholder acquisition. Communicate vision, strategy, and results to senior executives. Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with significant time spent in ML/AI, analytics, data platforms, or growth insights products. Strong technical fluency across data science, model development, model evaluation, and data engineering. Experience working with large-scale transaction or behavioral data (e.g., financial, retail, e commerce, advertising). Deep understanding of media measurement, attribution, and marketing analytics ecosystems. Demonstrated success building insight-driven products that deliver measurable business outcomes. Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive product experiences. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in payments, fintech, marketing tech, media measurement, or consumer analytics. Hands-on familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (feature stores, MLOps, model monitoring). Experience building interactive analytics dashboards or visualization systems. Comfort with SQL, basic data exploration, or prior engineering/analytics experience. Strong storytelling and executive communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
