Marketing Liaison

Marketing Liaison Located in Essex County, NJ A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Essex County, NJ is looking for a strong Marketing Liaison. Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
- Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Conduct research as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in long-term care
- Established relationships with local hospitals, including Clara Maass, Mountainside, Overlook, and Morristown
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and digital tools
