Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join a high-impact data and analytics team focused on delivering scalable, business-driven reporting and automation solutions. This role will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data visualization, automation, and application development within a modern Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making
• Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
• Work with Dataverse to support data-driven applications and ensure proper data structure and accessibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineering and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, report/dashboard design)
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
• Hands-on experience working with Dataverse or similar structured data environments
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
