We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Incentives and Compliance Specialist to join our accounting team in Rochester Hills, MI.Job DetailsSalary: $18 to $22 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Rochester Hills, MI 48307ResponsibilitiesEnter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accuratelyResolve account-related issues efficientlyBalance financial statements and finalize data entriesProcess accounts payable invoices, payment requests, and prepare reimbursement checksMatch checks to invoices after each payment cycleReconcile batches and research payables discrepancies with vendorsPrepare accounts for payment processing and verify data entryOrganize filing systems and manage cashier responsibilitiesProvide receptionist support during breaks as neededBreak down and cost deals accurately for accounting purposesHandle daily deposits and post accounts payable/receivable entriesBill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactionsWhy Join Our Team?At Fox Chevrolet, you will receive comprehensive training, competitive pay, and an excellent benefits package. Job Requirement:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working in a dealership environment is requiredAbility to balance high-volume accounts with strong attention to detailExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAdaptable to change and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong written and verbal communication skillsAuthorization to work legally in the United StatesAbility to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record review, and verify valid driver’s license
