Nurse Practitioner

*Overview*
Seeking Nurse Practitioner to work in Rheumatology 2-4 days per week.

Salem Rheumatology & Infusions LLC is looking to expand our team and geography to the Eugene area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and compassionate approach to improve patient outcomes.The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practice, preferred rotations or work experience in rheumatology, dermatology, gastroenterology or nephrology

*Duties*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine diagnosis and treatment plans.
* perform joint injections
* Manage complex cases involving multiple organ systems
* Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like NextGen to document patient encounters accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance.Experience
* Interpretation of lab work and x-ray results
* oversee full service infusion suite

Looking to start at 2-3 days per week with potential to expand to 4 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, we are closed on Wednesday. Limited holiday and weekend call. We do not round at the hospital.
