Strategic Imperative: The Team Lead, Data Visualization supports the delivery of a cloud‑based data analysis solution that enables clients to access insights faster, improve decision‑making, and drive value. The role leads data processing, client support, and scalability initiatives across projects. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Process data into cloud‑based analysis tools and translate research objectives into actionable data tables, charts, and dashboards. Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of tools to enhance satisfaction and usability. Take ownership of larger, more complex accounts from intake through final delivery. Contribute to client scoping, requirement definition, and technical readiness to support sales efforts. Identify opportunities for product improvement, defining requirements and supporting innovation initiatives. Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics and facilitate easy comprehension and sharing of results. Deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines and maintain consistent workflow and quality assurance. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, serving as an escalation point for complex needs. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focused on data processing, analysis, and visualization. Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data. Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards. Demonstrated project management skills, meeting client objectives in time‑sensitive environments. Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; ability to lead larger, more complex projects with decision‑making responsibility. Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in various settings. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability. Proactive learner, applying new ideas and techniques. Nice to Haves Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO. Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy. Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT. Success Criteria A successful Team Lead, Data Visualization converts research objectives into analysis‑ready data formats, enabling clients to make informed decisions swiftly. Success is defined by strong client engagement, increased consistency and scalability of workflows, ownership of large accounts, proactive communication, and positive impact on delivery timelines and overall quality through process efficiencies and continuous improvement. Pay Transparency Anticipated base salary: $90,000 – $105,000. Final compensation depends on factors such as experience, skill set, and location.
