Must have Pool Distribution experience Has some college education. Is a natural leader and possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Has a gentle spirit and remains calm when things go wrong beyond our control. Possesses excellent customer relations skills. Is detailed and well spoken. Is comfortable with Word, Excel and computer software in general. Prefer experience in this industry. Job Summary As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
