Position Overview

Job Title: Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hours/week)

Role Description

In our organization, the Clinic Director (CD) functions similarly to a CEO within their clinic. This dual-role is tailored for seasoned clinicians who aspire to blend exceptional patient care with leadership, mentorship, and operational management. Supported by a robust corporate network, you will oversee daily clinic functions, guide fellow clinicians, manage the financial aspects of your clinic, and cultivate strong referral connections in your community.

Compensation Package

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 (dependent on location, experience, certifications, etc.)
• Attractive Director bonus structure (starting at a potential $6,000 annually)
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment options available for select positions (up to $10,000)

• Required: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice due to patient treatment responsibilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
