Job Title

Operating Room Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | 4x10s | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within the operating room setting
• Assist with orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures
• Participate in rotating weekend and weekday on-call assignments (approximately every 4th–5th weekend and one weeknight per week)
• Maintain compliance with facility performance standards throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior operating room experience required
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated experience in neurological surgical procedures
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma/surgical center experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or complex surgical environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying surgical specialties and team expectations
