Lettuce Entertain You's newest concept, Sing Along Bar, is Hiring Now: GENERAL MANAGER / GM. Opening in late summer 2026 above Tacos el Terry just off Broadway, this high-energy, late-night cocktail bar will be one of Nashville's newest entertainment destinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all facets of a restaurant's business, ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day and long-term operations
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assist and financials / statement preparation; and assist the GM with customer service inquiries
• Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring
• Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
• Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed
• Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high cost items; place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders; and accept and inspect deliveries
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
• Skilled in leading and developing teams
• Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
• Must be comfortable working late hours, restaurant operates until 3:00 AM

Salary Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
