What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations (24/7 responsibility)
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
• Hire, train, and manage nursing staff
• Drive clinical quality and improve patient outcomes
• Oversee care plans and coordinate resident care
• Participate in admissions and evaluate incoming residents
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor staffing, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Step in for Administrator when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Missouri (Required)
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Supervisor)
• 5+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and compliance
