As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Demonstrate a passion for managing overall operations.
- Train, develop, and recognize the best people.
- Manage daily activities to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure food quality and safety.
- Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Create a surprisingly fast Speed of Service.
- Ensure a refreshingly clean environment.
Behavior Characteristics:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and end-of-month counts.
- Maintain effective ordering.
- Coaching team members.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
Requirements:
- Be able to lift 40 pounds
- Stand on your feet for several hours at a time
- Basic computer skills
- Good Driving Record
- Restaurant Experience
- 1-2 Years Management Experience
