As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for managing overall operations.
• Train, develop, and recognize the best people.
• Manage daily activities to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure food quality and safety.
• Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Create a surprisingly fast Speed of Service.
• Ensure a refreshingly clean environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and end-of-month counts.
• Maintain effective ordering.
• Coaching team members.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are followed.

Requirements:

• Be able to lift 40 pounds
• Stand on your feet for several hours at a time
• Basic computer skills
• Good Driving Record
• Restaurant Experience
• 1-2 Years Management Experience
