Water/Wastewater Engineer

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to support our Water Business Group in delivering safe drinking water, treating wastewater, and developing sustainable water supplies. The role focuses on protecting public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience through innovative and responsible water solutions. Responsibilities Perform complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures. Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed. Function as a technical specialist or project manager on mid‑size projects. Supervise a small staff of professionals and technicians. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications MS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field. Previous experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects. Professional engineering (PE or P.Eng.) license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of tasks. Commitment to participating in an employee‑owned culture.
