Action Environmental is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, hands-on Field Technicians to grow with us. In this role, you'll provide essential industrial cleaning and environmental servicesincluding vacuuming, flushing, and blastingacross a wide range of industries such as power generation, manufacturing, transportation, food production, and more. What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
• Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
• Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform sustained physical activity
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT medical and pulmonary fit tests
• Reliable communication and ability to respond quickly when on call
• Basic English reading and writing skills
