We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient health across the illness continuum. Performing initial and ongoing health assessments, documenting nursing diagnoses and care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating patient responses, and revising care plans as needed. Actively participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency in line with High Reliability Organization principles. Qualifications Current RN licensure per Ohio Board of Nursing, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid state driver’s license. No prior experience required.
