You must reside in the Oklahoma City, OK area or be willing to relocate.In thisfieldposition, you will; coach, mentor, educate, motivate and train a team of sales individuals. The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales, must have a solid understanding of the market they serve, how to resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines. This role also involves cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with Humana’s customers, both internal and external business partners, along with the community we serve through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups. Other responsibilities include developing marketing budgets, and looking for branding opportunities.
