Hospice RN Case ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate per diem Hospice RN Case Manager to join our team in the North Easton area. As a Hospice RN Case Manager with Hospice Services of Massachusetts, you will be responsible for supervising hospice aides, completing comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs, and providing professional nursing care utilizing all elements of the nursing process.
