You will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a Front-of-House team of 50-60 Team Members, including 5 leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a large-scale and/or luxury hotel environment.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.

As an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you're not just supporting the Food and Beverage Director in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support F&B operational strategy: Assist in overseeing operations of the Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive guest satisfaction strategy: Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Contribute to revenue growth: Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
