Physician Anesthesiology-Pain Management - Competitive Salary

Job Overview We are seeking a physician who has successfully completed a pain management fellowship. The selected candidate will join our successful team of two Board Certified Pain Management and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians, one of whom is also Board Certified in Pain Management. Scope of Practice The department specializes in: Low back pain, neck pain, chronic arm or neck pain, thoracic pain, cervicogenic headache Cancer pain, shingles pain, pelvic and chronic hip pain, transforaminal/translaminar epidurals Selective nerve root, facet blocks, peripheral nerve injections, trigger point injections Sympathetic blockade, spine care, musculoskeletal medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound Ultrasound guided injections, stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation Traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, prosthetics, percutaneous needle tenotomy, hyaluronate injections, headache management Qualifications Residency and fellowship: Completed a pain management fellowship or equivalent. Board certification: Board Certified in PM&R (or equivalent), and preferably Board Certified in Pain Management. Benefits Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefit package.
