Community Manager: Resident Experience & Property Ops Lead

Rose Valley Management seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site operations of a residential property. You will supervise staff, oversee maintenance, manage leases, enforce Fair Housing rules, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and optimal occupancy. You will handle budgets, vendor invoices, payroll, and owner reports, while developing marketing plans to achieve budgeted occupancy.
