Weekend LVN Morgan Hill, California Hourly Pay: $30-$38 Maxim Healthcare in San Jose is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. This patient is located in Morgan Hill, pediatric and n-gtube experience is a must. Saturday and Sunday shifts AM and PM available. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
