\nThe Engagement Manager will own and strengthen strategic customer relationships across business and IT functions. The role is responsible for driving account growth, executive stakeholder engagement, business value realization, and digital transformation.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nStrategic Account Leadership
\nOwn and strengthen strategic relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technology functions.
\nServe as the primary engagement leader for designated customer business units and functions.
\nDevelop trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and functional stakeholders.
\nLead executive governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
\nCollaborate with consulting, sales, delivery, and partner teams to align growth strategies with customer priorities.
\n \nClient Relationship Management
\nEstablish and maintain executive-level relationships with customer leadership.
\nUnderstand customer business objectives, strategic priorities, and organizational goals.
\nDrive customer satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, and long-term business partnerships.
\nEnsure measurable business value realization across engagements and transformation programs.
\n \nAccount Growth & Business Development
\nOwn revenue growth objectives and pipeline generation within the assigned customer portfolio.
\nIdentify white-space opportunities and develop proactive account growth strategies.
\nLead opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and executive presentations.
\nDrive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, and Consulting services.
\nSupport contract renewals, account expansion, commercial discussions, and strategic deal pursuits.
\n \nGovernance & Service Excellence
\nEnsure effective governance across ongoing engagements and transformation initiatives.
\nConduct executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, innovation, risk management, and value delivered.
\nMonitor account health, customer feedback, operational performance, and financial metrics.
\nProactively identify and manage risks, issues, and customer concerns through appropriate governance mechanisms.
\n \nStrategic Transformation
\nPartner with customer leadership teams to define technology roadmaps and transformation agendas.
\nBring industry best practices, MedTech insights, and innovation-led solutions to customer discussions.
\nChampion AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
\nTranslate customer business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
\n \nFinancial & Commercial Management
\nManage account revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business planning activities.
\nSupport commercial negotiations, contract management, and business case development.
\nEnsure delivery, growth, and financial commitments are aligned with account objectives.
\nDrive margin improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction and service excellence.

\n \nRequired Skills & Experience
\nSignificant experience in Client Services, Consulting, Account Management, Business Development, or Digital Transformation, preferably within MedTech, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
\nStrong understanding of the MedTech industry landscape, including product development, quality systems, regulatory compliance, manufacturing operations, supply chain, commercial operations, and post-market surveillance.
\nProven experience working with leading MedTech and healthcare organizations, managing executive relationships, and driving business growth.
\n \nDeep knowledge of MedTech business processes and platforms, including:
\nQuality Management Systems (QMS)
\nRegulatory Affairs
\nCAPA
\nTrackWise Digital
\nERP platforms such as SAP
\nCRM platforms
\nDigital Manufacturing solutions
\nService Management platforms
\nDemonstrated ability to identify, qualify, shape, and close large transformation opportunities across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, and Consulting domains.
\nStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence executive, business, and technology stakeholders.
\nExperience leading strategic account planning, executive governance, business reviews, and value realization programs.
