As the Cheddar's Culinary Manager, you'll work across all aspects of the restaurant to ensure our high standards of excellence in all areas of business, which includes food cost and quality, profitability, ordering food & beverages, training and development, safety and sanitation, as well as facilities management. You'll set high standards for your team; coaching them to treat each other with respect. Responsibilities Maintain food cost and quality standards. Ensure profitability of the restaurant. Order food and beverages. Provide training and development to team members.
