This position is responsible for determining initial eligibility, collecting required documentation, maintaining client files, and providing excellent customer service to applicants. Conduct client intake interviews and assessments. Assist applicants with completing program applications and forms. Collect, review, and verify required documentation. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Schedule appointments, inspections, and follow-up meetings. Answer phones and assist walk-in clients. Maintain waiting lists and applicant databases. Prepare correspondence and client communications. Assist with outreach activities and community events. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Qualifications College degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Services, Office Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for a college degree. Minimum two (2) years of experience in customer service, office administration, social services, or case management. Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Experience with data entry and record management preferred.
