Job Description We are looking for a professional real estate agent to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. The agent will be responsible for marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price and terms. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions. Negotiate on behalf of clients, ensuring fair and honest dealing. Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values. Display and market real property to potential buyers. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.). Manage property auctions or exchanges. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Stay knowledgeable about real‑estate markets and best practices. Qualifications Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson. Proven track record of successful sales. Ability to work independently while possessing excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor. Licensed real estate agent or broker.
