Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult ICU and general pediatric units, with a preference for candidates who have worked in an emergency department setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential as weekends may be required.

Schedule

This is a 12-hour night shift position that requires flexibility in scheduling, with no block schedules available.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RRT is required; prior travel experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience is mandatory
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required

Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, evaluating patients' respiratory needs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
