Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,385 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Fleming Island, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound preferred. Ability to follow plans of care developed by licensed Physical Therapists and document progress in electronic medical records. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient.
