Key Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY welcome with strong school-based experience Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting, working with K-12 populations Expertise in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and implementing effective therapy interventions Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Primary Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress and participation Maintain timely, thorough records and contribute to compliance with all federal and state regulations Offer support and training for school staff regarding communication strategies This full-time contract position offers a competitive pay range of $55$65 per hour, providing financial reward alongside the chance to make a lasting difference in students lives.
