Diabetes Sales Associate -- Minneapolis-South

Abbott seeks a Diabetes Sales Associate for the Minneapolis area to drive sales of FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring products to healthcare providers. The role involves building customer relationships, managing territory accounts, and delivering sales targets while serving as a brand ambassador for Abbott's diabetes care division.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas for FreeStyle Libre portfolio in assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and diabetes educators
• Prospect for new business across HCP, managed care, retail, and point-of-care channels
• Create and implement territory and account plans with measurable goals and action timelines
• Document activities, track progress, and report results using company systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of successful sales experience with proven track record
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, and integrity
• Healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• B2B sales background preferred
