You will work closely with hiring managers to understand new position requirements, creatively source new candidates, and manage the entire hiring process.What you'll do:Respond to any questions or concerns from the VAs and establish positive relationshipsAnswer any questions or concerns from end users while providing excellent customer serviceWork as a member of the team to achieve our standard of quality of work and goalsMaintain attention to detail while working through job dutiesUse critical thinking as new situations and problems ariseMaintain professionalism, security, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customersResponsibilities / Duties / Tasks:Process orders from the VAs in a timely manner while maintaining accuracyCommunicate with VAs about ordersCreate sales orders in NetsuiteActivate device through OrionEnsure all orders are processed for the dayCreate and send invoices after orders have been processedSend invoices within 24 hrsAssist end users in setting up their accounts, activating, and testing their devicesProcess returns, replacements, and accessories that are needed by end usersCross train in shipping and RMA testingWhen needed help ship out devicesAccount for inventoryTest returned devices for defectsAdapt to new processes and technologyAssist with projects as requiredWork with other departments to maintain efficiency and find resolutions to larger technical issuesOther duties as prescribed - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
