Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Travel OR Scrub Technician to join a busy surgical unit known for orthopedic, robotics, gynecology, urology, and vascular procedures. The role involves supporting surgical teams, ensuring sterile technique, and assisting with complex operating room equipment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare operating rooms for surgery by setting up sterile instruments and equipment.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow.
  
  
• 
  Maintain sterile environment and adhere to all OR safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Manage and troubleshoot specialized surgical equipment, including DaVinci robots and endovascular devices.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.
  
  
• 
  Follow unit policies, guidelines, and dress code to support consistent OR standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of OR scrub experience, including robotics and endovascular skills.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate competency in orthopedic, neuro, urology, or vascular surgical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Be experienced with sterile techniques and operating room safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Have current ACLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
