Plasma Center Nurse - RN

Job Description Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) supports plasma center operations under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician. Responsibilities include determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors about unsuitable results. The specialist follows SOPs for medical emergencies, coordinates donor transport when necessary, advises on medical or technical issues, supports vaccination programs, manages employee incidents, and may serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS. What you bring to Takeda High school diploma or equivalent, including graduation from a recognized nursing program with state requirements Licensed or certified in the state of assignment: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) Current CPR and AED certification State‑compliant IV therapy skills Completion of FDA‑approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training Two years in a clinical or hospital setting What Takeda can offer you We provide a comprehensive benefits program including medical/dental, paid time off, retirement benefits, and a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
