Job Summary * 3-5 Years of RN Strongly Preferred * Pediatric and Acute Experience Preferred. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Allergy Nurse to join our dynamic, fast-paced clinical team. This role involves providing specialized care to pediatric patients with allergic and immunologic conditions across multiple satellite locations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct oral food challenges and drug challenges - Perform skin prick and intradermal allergy testing - Administer biologic therapies and monitor patient response - Manage environmental allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy treatments - Provide comprehensive patient and family education - Perform phone triage and address patient and parent concerns - Complete prior authorizations and assist with care coordination Key Skills: - Strong clinical skills in acute pediatric nursing preferred - Excellent communication and patient education abilities - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based, and fast-paced environment - Highly organized with strong attention to detail Additional Requirements: - Willingness and ability to travel between satellite locations in Boston, Newton, and Danvers This position is ideal for a motivated nurse who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality pediatric care.
