Product Manager

This is an ideal role for a seasoned technologist who is interested in making the transition to a customer-facing marketing or business development role.

Job Description

You will have a critical role in ensuring that Atomera's technologies are successfully delivered and deployed by customers. This includes:

• Understanding market and customer demands to define the business goals of each product development, and working with engineering to ensure technology developments are constantly moving to achieve those goals.
• Evaluating the trade-offs between customer requirements and internal product development objectives.
• Working with Atomera Engineering and other groups to ensure that Atomera delivers items specified in the Statements of Work (SOWs) for each customer; working with the customer and Atomera groups to modify and ratify an SOW when appropriate; and establishing regular and effective communications with each customer.
• Working internally with all Atomera groups to track and coordinate the development of new products within Atomera.

Minimum Qualifications

• ≥7 years of experience in developing, installing, and/or maintaining semiconductor process technologies
• ≥2 years of experience managing semiconductor programs
• BS or higher degree in EE or Materials Science, MBA preferred
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of each month
• Experience in transferring semiconductor processes to a third party is highly desired, but not mandatory
• Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and optimization methods
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Korean or Mandarin a strong plus
