We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born customer service person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As a customer service agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Success in this role is based on providing exceptional customer service that surpasses our competitors and exceeds or customer's expectations. In addition, to the base salary, a commission based system is also provided based on the number of leads generated. Responsibilities- Assist Sales Staff in meeting new business production goals and objectives.
- Provide Outstanding customer service to existing and new customers via in person, on telephone and online.
- Process endorsements, changes and track business.
- Contact mortgage companies to process endorsements and verify coverage.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A property & casualty license is required within the first 30 days of employment and training is provided.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
