Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The Machine Operator sets up and operates injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools. Responsibilities include observing continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure products meet specifications and detect jams or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments accordingly. Operate, sets up, or tend metal or plastic molding, casting, or core making machines or mold or cast metal or thermoplastic parts or products. Remove finished or cured products from dies or molds, using hand tools, air hoses, and other equipment. Follow work order specifications to install dies onto machines or presses, then coat dies with parting agents. Monitor performance of other individuals in department and if needed, provide suggestions on improvements and cost reductions. Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure specifications, using precision measuring instruments. Observes meters and gauges to verify specified temperatures, pressures, and press-cycle times.

Minimum qualifications include high school education or equivalent, injection molding experience, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
