Shift Details

This position requires three 12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities as needed. Please note that block scheduling requests cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients to identify their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties.
Utilize nursing clinical judgment to identify and report changes in patient conditions.
Promote a healthy workplace environment by effectively managing conflict through professional communication.
Fulfill Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance professional skills.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records.

Licenses and Certifications

Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
Current CPR/BLS certification
ACLS certification
