Reliant Holdings is looking for a route sales delivery driver who can take care of our current customers as well as expanding the business. The position includes transporting dry ice and insulated containers for our customer's shipping purposes and frozen needs in the Chicago Area. This is a local driving position during the day and our drivers are home every night with their families. The applicant must have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, driving experience and a Class B CDL. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, as well as late model straight trucks. Summary:

Drives truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, and makes change by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (includes the following but other duties may be assigned)

Drives truck to deliver Dry Ice to customers' home or place of business

Records transactions on customer receipt.

Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record.

Listens to and resolves service complaints. Collects or picks up empty containers.

Loads truck.

Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

Cleans inside of truck.

Schedules routine maintenance on truck.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems.
