Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Technical Leadership
   • Own end to end technical design for complex features and systems.
   • Guide the team in applying Spring Boot best practices, microservices patterns, and clean architecture principles.
   • Review code for quality, performance, and maintainability.
   • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture sessions.
   • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development cycle.
2. Hands On Development
   • Build and enhance microservices using Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
   • Implement RESTful APIs, event driven components, and integration layers.
   • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and scalability.
   • Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with organizational standards.
   • Experience in Kafka and MQs integrations.•

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Mentoring & Collaboration
   1. Mentor developers on coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
   2. Support the team in troubleshooting complex issues and production incidents.
   3. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
   4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
2. Architecture & Design
   1. Contribute to solution architecture, including microservices decomposition, API design, and integration strategies.
   2. Evaluate and recommend frameworks, libraries, and tools.
   3. Design systems with scalability, resilience, and observability in mind.
   4. Work closely with enterprise architects to align with long term technology roadmaps.
3. Delivery & Process
   1. Break down requirements into technical tasks and estimates.
   2. Ensure high quality releases through CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
   3. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
   4. Drive root cause analysis and long term fixes for recurring issues.
