Performance Testing Lead

Someone with proven FrontEnd/BackEnd performance testing and automation experience. Lead and provide guidelines on performance testing/setup. Extensive experience using any performance test tool. Practical experience with AWS required. Programming experience in at least two of the following: Groovy, Bash, Java, and Python. Use of Grafana for performance test reporting. Working experience of version control tools such as Gitlabs. Experience using monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Datadog. Experience executing performance tests in an Agile environment (Kanban, Scrum). Able to craft and execute automated performance tests using Git CICD to support continuous integration. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management on project delivery work and backlog items based on priority. Demonstrate initiative to evaluate and recommend new tools and processes aligned to performance testing strategic objectives. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience required: Minimum 10-12 years.
