Position Summary Our Host are responsible for welcoming, greeting and seating guests in a gracious, accommodating, and professional manner, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests with a welcoming smile, and in a professional manner. Assist guests to their table at a comfortable pace. Answer phones, take reservations, and answer any guest inquiries. Maintain that menus are clean, current, and in good condition. Keep host area clean and organized. Must have a SNHD Food Handler card up to date. Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management. Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary. All other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Previous restaurant experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and phone skills. Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers and leadership. Must be organized, self‑motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
